Injection moulding of plastic items

The production department is composed of 10 injection moulding presses with a range from 60 to 380 tonnes of clamping force.

The most important point is represented by the injection and plastification unit. To optimise he plasticisation of even the most technically demanding polymers, improving the aesthetic and technical characteristics, we have chosen to install injection units produced by Kluin Wijhe B.V. E. one of the most important companies in this field with Maxi Melt plasticising screw profiles, dedicated to polymer families.
