There are connected steps for the realization of a new product or an update, which require two main supports for an optimal result: information from the customer and knowledge of polymers.

The indispensable information from the customer about the product is: fields of application, stresses to which the product will be subjected, operating temperatures, environmental factors, assembly methods, variants. These are essential technical specifications to make up the DNA of the final items and to start the primary phase of the project development, identifying the most suitable polymer for the application.

With the specifications provided, the knowledge of polymers and their characteristics, we define the choice of the raw material with which the product will be made and not only that.

Knowing the polymers means being able to to give indications for the design of the particular, for the design of the mould construction, and to define the right moulding parameters. These are specifications that make the difference in the product, whether technical or of common use, without forgetting the right quality/price ratio.
