Semi-crystalline polymer belonging to the Polyarylsulphide family. Falls into the category of super technopolymer as it has very specific technical characteristics.

Main features of PPS:

• excellent resistance to chemical agents
• insoluble in all solvents up to +150/+180 °C
• suitable for operating continuously also at 230 °C
• extremely low water absorption properties
• intrinsically fire-proof (V0, UL94)
• hydrolysis resistant
• extremely hard and rigid
• tribological properties (low friction and wear).
• high dimensional stability.

Particularly suitable for the evaluation of metal replacement.
